Every Child Healthy

“Every Child Healthy” is a Parkshala initiative dedicated towards health, nutrition and hygiene of underprivileged children.

Under this initiative, we focus on healthcare by conducting medical camps for the children at Parkshala. We have collaborated with Icare eye hospital, Noida and Smile India Dental, Delhi. The children who need further examinations are taken to respective hospitals till they are completely treated. These services are free for them.

According to a study conducted by Society of Behavioural Medicine it was found that pursuing your passion both lowers stress and contributes to greater overall happiness. Another study stated that working a job you hate is worse for your mental health than having no job at all.  In our country, many people are stuck in unfulfilling jobs which is one of the major reasons for depression and the ongoing lack of intrinsic motivation. Kerala: #1 in literacy rate and #2 in crime rate. What are we doing wrong? It is globally expected that literacy and crime rates have a negative correlation.
