This little  # rockstar  is Yash. He's from our Salarpur branch. We've been binge watching his entire 2 minute video!  😍 😍 🔥 🔥 . Families of these children usually don't support  # dance  and  # art  because they don't see these as financially viable options. It's unfortunate that we've to convince them to let their Children's innate talents flourish.  🌸 . To let the kids know that their talents are appreciated, valued and loved; we are on a mission to support every kid who wants to work t owards his  # passion . Parkshala is a hub where any kid who's talented at anything -  # academics , arts,  # sports  - will be encouraged and given a platform to do what they love!  🤗 💕 . Thank you @qauseindia for starting a revolution that's touching so many lives!

Once academics were stabilized, we started exploring options for all-round, holistic development. We have collaborated with different individuals and organizations across various fields to conduct workshops for the children. In 2018, we conducted a workshop almost every month. ·              "Theatre Workshop" was conducted by Mr. Dipesh Khushalani, who has years of experience in Nukkad Natak and street plays. The children learnt about various features an actor should be able to incorporate, like team-play and perspective, in theatre.

Reported crimes of violence against women and children in India are increasing. News of eve-teasing, molestation and rape have become commonplace. With children's safety in mind, we embarked upon a collaboration with Safe Campus, a self-defense organization with modules specially designed for children and teenagers. ·           Conducted once a week ·           Techniques taught to improve both mental and physical strengths ·           Boys are counselled and taught to not be perpetrators of such crimes and to stand up for the women/children against whom these crimes are being committed ·           Girls are counselled to defend and stand up for themselves and those around them

Throwback to our morning batch putting up this beautiful show on the occasion of  # Janmashtami   😍 . These girls love dancing! They never thought that the  # park  could be their stage.. They never thought that it's ok to do what makes them  # happy  because some of their families come from the mindset that 'dancing is cheap'.. they never thought that they would be encouraged to explore their  # passion !  🌟 💃 🌳 . Look at them now! They're such  # Rockstars  ! Them came up with this idea thems elves! Completely fearless and owning it!  🤩 ❣️ .
